What are the payment options?

We accept credit/debit cards via a link payment (Mastercard, Visa and American Express). If you would like to inquiry about a different payment method, please contact us at ushineboutique1@gmail.com

I just placed an order. What happens next?

After you place your order please allow 4-7 business days processing time for your item(s) to ship out, average shipping times are 15-20 business days, but generally order are delivered faster.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business from your order being shipped, please email us at ushineboutique1@gmail.com

Where do you ship and how long does shipping takes?

We ship worldwide!

Shipping Time Frames

For UAE:

After the order has been processed, shipping takes 10-20 business days, in most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected.

For other countries:

After the order has been processed, shipping takes 4-5 weeks. You can request a specific country shipping time frame if you email us.

 

Please note that as a result of COVID-19, postal services all over the world are experiencing unforeseen shipping volumes as well as a reduction in air freight capacity and flights, resulting in mail service disruptions and delays. For this reason, we strongly suggest ordering a larger size for your child to ensure they don’t outgrow your order before it arrives. 

How can I track my package?

After your order is placed, it takes 4-7 days to process your item(s), packaged, and prepared for shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely happy with any items from your order, you may initiate a return within 14 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit. Please note your returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and delivered back to us within 30 days from the day return was initiated. Beyond these periods returns will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.

  • We will pay the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • For any other type of return, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The item is in its original and sealable condition and not damaged in any way. Returns will be refused if an item arrives used or damaged due to improper packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course! You can cancel your order before it ships. Once an order is shipped, unfortunately, change of mind cancelations will no longer possible and a refund won’t be available.

I entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at ushineboutique1@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Can I still make changes after I have placed my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at ushineboutique1@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase. If it’s been more than 12 hours since purchase, we can’t guarantee a change to your order.

Where are you based and where are your fulfillment centers?

We are currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We partner with brands and manufacturers internationally to bring you stylish and affordable items for your little ones. 

Currently, our suppliers and fulfillment centers are based in Asia and we will be using e-packet shipping. This is one of the ways we pass such great savings on to our customers.
