Refund and Return Policy
RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with any items from your order, you may initiate a return within 14 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit. Please note your returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and delivered back to us within 30 days from the day return was initiated. Beyond these periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.

We will pay the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).

For any other type of return, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that were bought on sale/clearance or with a discount code.
EXCHANGE
To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange for and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability before receiving your return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered, or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If there are items that do not have confirmed delivery to your shipping address after a reasonable period of time, we will offer a refund.
Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if customer input errors result in you not receiving your item(s).

Due to unprecedented delays caused by the impact of COVID-19 on flights and logistics, the period of grace for refunds will be extended to 42 days for UAE orders and 70 days for international orders, prior to them being assumed lost in transit.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
If you would like to initiate a return, please send a return request to ushineboutique1@gmai.com along with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for wanting to return the item. If there is a defect/fault with the item, please provide photos showing the fault as well as photos of the packaging.

We will get back to you with return instructions, including a postal address for returns.

Please DO NOT send any items to us until you have received authorization for the return and instructions from our customer service.
